How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure freshness and availability. For custom orders and large quantities we ask for at least 5-7 days notice.

Are your products baked fresh?

Absolutely. Every single order is baked fresh the moment it is placed. We never pre-bake, freeze or store products. What you receive is as fresh as it gets.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes! We offer gluten-free versions of all our products. Please mention your dietary requirements when placing your order so we can accommodate you.

How do I place a custom order?

Head to our Custom Orders page and fill out the request form with your details, occasion, flavor preferences, quantity and date needed. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm everything.


How do I pick up my order?

Once your order is ready you will receive a notification with pickup details. All orders are available for local pickup only at this time. We will confirm the pickup location when your order is placed.

How long do your products stay fresh?

Our products are best enjoyed within 2 days of pickup for cupcakes and cookies, and up to 3 days for mini bundt cakes. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate to extend freshness.

What are your available flavors?

Our current cupcake flavors include Strawberry Shortcake, Cookies & Cream, Fruity Pebbles, Peach Cobbler, Biscoff Dream and Banana Pudding. Cookie flavors and Mini Bundt flavors rotate regularly. Check our menu for the latest options.


Do you cater for events and large orders?

Yes! We love working with events of all sizes. Whether it is a birthday, baby shower, wedding or corporate event, we offer bulk pricing and custom packaging. Contact us to discuss your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay through our secure Shopify checkout. All transactions are fully encrypted and protected.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
